Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

At Gifts with Soul, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted gift boxes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items that are in their original, unused condition. Custom or personalized items may have different return terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Eligible Items for Return

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be included and intact
  • All items from the gift box must be returned together
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Items that have been engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise customized cannot be returned unless there is a defect in workmanship
  • Perishable Items: Any food items or beverages included in gift boxes cannot be returned
  • Used Items: Items that show signs of use or wear cannot be returned
  • Damaged by Customer: Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at team@specialyrpresent.world or call us at +1 (303) 748-6106 within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
  4. Package Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all components
  5. Ship Items: Send the package to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the tracking number until your return is processed. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment.

Refunds

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them within 5-7 business days. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Amount

Refunds will include the cost of the items returned, excluding original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error). Restocking fees may apply to certain items, which will be disclosed at the time of return authorization.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to item availability and price differences. You will be responsible for any additional costs, including shipping fees for the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Sending a replacement item at no charge
  • Issuing a full refund including shipping costs
  • Offering store credit for future purchases

Please do not return damaged items without first contacting us, as we may need specific documentation or may have special return instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to appear
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at team@specialyrpresent.world

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it:

  • Contact us with the order number or gift recipient's information
  • We can issue store credit or exchange the item
  • Refunds for gift purchases will be issued as store credit

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees. We recommend contacting us before initiating an international return to discuss the best return method and associated costs.
